Aerobics Class

    Stepping Strong

Get your lean on while building strength and tone muscle. This isn’t your mom’s step Aerobic class. We utilize the step for a moderate impact while adding free weights, kettlebells, and bodyweight to train all your major muscle groups while putting some pep in your step through great music and dance-like moves. (Modifications for lower impact will be suggested during class)

Perfect for anybody and everybody.

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing multiple levels of intensity. These interval-style moves set you up for one awesome calorie-burning party. Once the Latin rhythms and the sounds of some of your favorite songs take over, you'll see why these classes are often called exercise in disguise.

Aerobics Class

       Ring My Bell

Focusing on basic movements and the proper form of the kettlebell, this class uses dynamic moves to target almost every aspect of fitness. The emphasis is on refining the basics while learning new intermediate techniques and building endurance. The class will be a mix of techniques, intervals, and tabatas.

Cardio Kick

This high-energy with a modifiable intensity class pulls from a variety of mixed martial arts. Boxing, Kickboxing, Muy Thai, Karate, and Capiera moves paired with fast-paced cardio will build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories. You will build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.

Kids Dance Fitness

This type of group exercise class incorporates some or many forms of dance. It's an aerobic workout, divided into different tracks that provide peaks and troughs of intensity. Doesn’t matter if your child has ever danced before. If they love music and having fun, this class was made for them!

A low-impact, high-intensity workout focusing on your abs, booty, and hips. This upbeat class uses various tools and a variety of fitness modalities, designed to build, strengthen and maintain a hard core!

Power Punch



Have you ever wanted to get the full benefits of training like a fighter, but do not desire the stress of the actual reality of getting punched? Let's face it...getting hit in the face isn't for everyone.

Combination of boxing/kickboxing, strength, and conditioning workouts into a full-body workout for the everyday person who wants to train like a fighter, but doesn't have to fight one. Semi contact with mitts will help get the stress out and look great.
