Heat training allows us to break down the most important effective moves in an individual's program to help you achieve perfect form and get the best results possible.
Various techniques such as myofascial release which promotes better mobility and reduces the risk of injury are combined with traditional muscle building and fat burning exercises to maximize your training time.
While giving special attention to the core, modifications of isometric holds and/or explosive plyometrics are demonstrated, explained, and corrected so that at any fitness level we are able to fire up fast-twitch muscles to develop force, speed, and power.
